These Terms & Services govern the use of the CosmoCrew app and associated website.

2. Service description

CosmoCrew is a family app for organizing missions, tasks and rewards. Features may be improved, extended or adjusted over time.

3. Use and responsibility

Children may use the app only under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. Parents or guardians are responsible for age-appropriate use.

4. Acceptable use

The app may only be used lawfully and as intended. Misuse, interference with technical systems, or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide the service with minimal interruptions, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily limit access.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and where liability is mandatory by law. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to typical foreseeable damages.

8. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Services is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
